Hi Shirley, when you fill in the form and click on the submit button, you should see a message in red saying that the email with the pattern is on its way.
You will receive an email with a download button shortly.
If nothing happened then you need to check if you filled in all the fields in the form and ticked the check box saying you agree to receiving Cuddly Stitches Craft newsletters.
I have just tested the form and it works fine so I think this should resolve the issue.
